This has been accomplished through offering products in classic design that you won’t of and that can be enjoyed along with the worlds first climate positive coffee capsules.
But one problem has been nagging us. We have had machines that for different reasons have not had an owner to return to after repairing. Fully functioning and newly repaired machines that can brew a lot more high-quality coffee.
This is simply not acceptable. For us it is a given that products should be used to their full potential. We have to start rethinking to achieve a more sustainable consumption. Reparation does come at a cost, but it should be a matter of course to try and fix the issues rather than discarding these products.
Our machine has been built with the basis that it can be repaired. We now want to take this to our full advantage and make sure that all our machines are in use for as long as possible. Therefore, we are now offering the opportunity to buy fully restored machines that have received care from the Sweden’s most capable home electronics technicians, at a really good price. To make sure that buying a vintage machine from Sjöstrand, feels just as safe as buying a new one we offer a 2-year consumer warranty on the repaired machines as well.
