Meet Aadel Kersh, the star behind Sjöstrand’s summer coffee Limited Edition 2021 – a coffee that goes just as well with the strawberry cake as with rounding off a wonderful barbecue dinner. The coffee is a craft roast made in Aadel’s roastery in Gustavsberg with beans from a small coffee plantation in Peru, which is run by a friend’s mother. The summer coffee marks the start of a collaboration between Aadel Kersh and Sjöstrand.
