There are two main components in a cappuccino, espresso and milk in perfect balance. This is why this drink is so easy to love, it attracts both sides of the coffee and milk audience, team milk who normally goes for a latte, as well as team coffee who often chose a macchiato. To create a perfect cappuccino you need to have two skills, the art of brewing an espresso, and frothing milk.
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 capsule of Sjöstrand Espresso N°5
1 dl of milk
1 tsp of sugar (optional)
1 cappuccino cup
1 Sjöstrand Milk Frother
Step 1. Heat the milk to 65 degrees in Sjöstrand’s milk frother
Step 2. Brew a cup of espresso
Step 3. If you prefer your cappuccino sweet this is the best time to add in your sugar.
Step 4. Top the coffee with the frothed milk, sip and relax.
