Winter spiced cappuccino
You can never go wrong with a cappuccino, but sometimes you want to spice up your regular according to the season. It’s really easy and the result is outstanding. It doesn’t need to be too sweet, just use good coffee, and stay away from the flavoured syrups. By only using simple and natural ingredients, you can get a drink that lets the aromas of your coffee leverage with the spice.
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 capsule of Sjöstrand Espresso N°2
1 dl of milk (of your choice but 3% is recommended)
1 tsp of brown sugar (optional)
1 dash of cinnamon
1 cappuccino cup
1 Sjöstrand Milk Frother
Step 1. Heat the milk to 65 degrees in Sjöstrand’s milk frother
Step 2. Brew a cup of espresso
Step 3. If you want sugar, now is the best time to add it to the coffee. Stir.
Step 4. Pour the milk on top of the espresso, sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
Drink and enjoy!
