The iced latte is a fairly new coffee drink. It gives a more mature option towards iced tea, which can help you stay cool no matter the weather. It’s an energetic thirst-quenching drink perfect for making the most out of your summer days.
Ingredients (1 serving)
2 capsules of Sjöstrand Espresso N°1
1 tsp of sugar
1 dl of cold milk or milk alternative
Ice cubes (enough to fill your glass)
1 Sjöstrand Milk Frother
1 glass (able to contain 2 dl or more)
1 cup (for espresso brewing)
1 metal spoon
Step 1. Make sure the ice is ready.
Step 2. Brew an espresso.
Step 3. Add the sugar to your espresso and stir while warm. Set aside and let it cool.
Step 4. Add the cooled coffee and the cold milk to you Sjöstrand Milk Frother and push the button for 3 seconds until it turns blue, then release. This will froth the coffee milk without warming it.
Step 5. Fill your glass with ice, pour over your skimmed coffee milk, and serve immediately.
Step 6. Sip and enjoy.
