PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP
Autumn’s Coffee Syrup
Coffee has rich flavours on its own, but to spice/sweeten it up, literally, is also nice. This easy-to-make coffee syrup is an homage to autumn and is a key ingredient to pumpkin spice lattes.

Step 3. Cut the vanilla pod open, separate the contents, and add both the pod and its contents in the pan.
Step 4. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Stir.
Step 5. When the consistency is smooth and resembles yogurt, turn off the heat.
Step 6. Using the ladle, fish out the vanilla pod and discard.Step 7. Fill the glass bottle with the syrup. Allow it to cool down before using or putting it in the fridge.
