Right of withdrawal
You have thirty (30) days to return your purchase from the original date or purchase. This is fourteen (14 days) more than what’s required according to Swedish law. You, the customer, pay for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. All products must be in good and sellable condition in order to receive a refund. “Sellable” means that the appliances are unused and that the coffee is still sealed. To facilitate and speed up the processing of your return, we ask you to include the order number when you contact us.

We apply consumer purchase laws of withdrawal. In case of disagreement, our policy is to comply with the Consumer Complaints Board’s recommendations. Have you as a consumer paid in advance and wish to cancel your purchase due to a delayed delivery or an unwanted purchase, we will refund your money within (thirty) 30 days. You also have the right to cancel the purchase at a possible delay in delivery to you. We must notify you of a possible delivery delay before the goods leave our warehouse. In case of claims, please contact our customer service before returning your merchandise. If you experience problems with any of our products, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Sjöstrand Trading AB is responsible for personal data processing of the personal data that you as a customer share with us. Your personal information will be treated in order to maintain customer relations and for marketing purposes by Sjöstrand. You may request access to your personal data, or have it corrected or deleted if you do not want the information to be used for direct marketing.
To shop at Sjöstrand, you need to be at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you must have parental consent. We accept payments by card or Klarna payment (Klarna’s terms and conditions apply).
Errors and correction of published material
We reserve the right to retroactively amend prices, product texts and images printed or written incorrectly on the website. We reserve price adjustments (e.g., Change in prices from our suppliers and exchange rate fluctuations, changes in inventories, etc.), technical errors on the website, browser, or hardware, such as networks and servers.
Prices and freight
All prices on Sjöstrand are including VAT except for non-EU countries. Shipping is free when your total goods value exceeds 50 EUR. Please note that custom charges may apply. What you pay for your goods is always listed in the checkout, before you send your order. For orders of goods value below 50 EUR, an additional shipping charge is shown at checkout. The goods will be sent as soon as we verify your address. Goods that are not picked up are charged the same way as returned products.
Normally, your purchased goods will be received within one to three (1-3) working days within Sweden (3-5 days within the EU). Deliveries outside of the EU may vary due to custom procedures. For larger campaigns and during major public holidays, delivery time may vary. Goods that are not in stock will not be possible to order. We will contact customers in case we think the delivery time may take longer.
Prices of sale-products and promotional goods are valid until the scheduled deadline.
Catalogs, publications and promotions
You who ordered goods from Sjöstrand’s online stores, or otherwise accepted offers from us, will automatically receive transactional email communication from us. If you do not wish to receive any emails from us, unsubscribe or contact customer service.
A cookie is a text file sent from a web page, for example, to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a text file (persistent cookies). We use two types of cookies. Permanent cookies are only used on certain occasions where we have chosen to keep statistics on some products. Session cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart while browsing around in our shop. The latter are cleared as soon as you close your web browser.
If your web browser is set to not accept any cookies, you will not be able to place your order online. You can easily change this setting in your browser.
