The coffee serves as a flavourful sauce for the vanilla ice cream and to make it extra indulgent, this recipe has coffee liquor added to it. Ingredients (1 serving)
1 capsule Sjöstrand Limited Edition Cardamom or Sjöstrand N°1 Espresso
5 cl coffee liquor (optional)
2 cl vodka
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (of your choice)
A champagne coup or highball glass for serving
Coffee cup for brewing
Ice cream scoop
Zest or grater
Step 1. Brew a shot of espresso in your cup
Step 2. Pour coffee liquor and vodka into the cup and stir.
Step 3. Pour the coffee mix into a beautiful glass and top it with a scoop of ice cream.
Step 4. Grate your chocolate on top.
