Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love our Sjöstrand products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it, this must be done within 30 days after you received your order. All items can be returned, both full priced and sale items. Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards. All items must be returned in their original condition and you must not remove any of the accessories, manuals or original packaging from the product(s). We will not accept refunds on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items.
The product is considered as used if the product either lacks a seal or has a broken seal or is otherwise not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (coffee) or as soon as any liquid or capsule is inserted into any of the appliances.
Goods not collected from external delivery points will be returned to Sjöstrand. If the goods are returned, the customer will be charged a fee of 250 SEK/25 EUR/170 DKK/250 NOK for costs related to Sjöstrand’s administration, return shipping and handling. Please note that uncollected goods are not covered by the right to a cooling-off period.
A return fee will be applied on all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
How to return
Fill out the return note which was included in your order. Mark the products you want to return and send them back to us, preferably in the same box as they were delivered in. Use the pre-paid return label when returning your products. If you're returning products from Norway, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take it from there.
If you prefer to return your products any other way than above, please find our return address below. Remember to select business delivery, to make sure that the package is delivered directly to our warehouse within operating hours. We are not able to collect packages from a post office or parcel shop.

Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods, please save the receipt of the shipment in case your parcel gets lost.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving it. If we accept the return, your refund will be credited to the payment method used when you purchased the product(s). If the return for any reason is not accepted, we will reach out the same day with more information.
Once we have received, processed and accepted your return, we will contact you by email with a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return.
If you wish to exchange an item, please make a return and place a new order to secure the item you wish to have instead.
